Who is responsible

CarLux Hub is run by Riccardo Ganiere in Spain, who is the data controller for this website. For any privacy question or request, write to riccardoganiere@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you contact us by email or through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and what you tell us about the car you are looking for or the stock you trade.

Only if you allow analytics cookies: how you use this site, collected by Google Analytics (pages visited, device and browser, approximate location and a pseudonymous identifier).

Technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address and request details, processed by our hosting provider Cloudflare.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and prepare a vehicle search or quote, as steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

To understand how the site is used, only with your consent (art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

To keep the site secure and working, based on our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).

Who receives it

Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site; Google, for email and, only with your consent, for analytics. Google may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer when tax or commercial law requires it for a completed purchase. Analytics data: no longer than the retention period configured in Google Analytics, at most 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to riccardoganiere@gmail.com. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
