1. Operator and scope
CarLux Hub is operated by Riccardo Ganiere in Spain. These terms apply to the public website, the Free public catalogue and paid CarLux Hub Pro and Dealer access. By purchasing or using a paid plan you agree to these terms.
2. Plans and access
Free provides access to public catalogue and guidance pages. Pro is a single-user professional workspace. Dealer includes the Pro professional workspace for the subscription owner plus up to four additional invited team members, for five users total.
Paid access is personal to the account or Dealer workspace. You must keep credentials secure and may not resell, share or bypass access controls outside the seats included in your plan.
3. Subscription billing
Pro is currently €49 per month and Dealer is currently €149 per month. Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Payments and recurring billing are processed by Stripe. Billing details, invoices and payment methods can be managed through the CarLux Hub billing portal.
When changing between paid plans, Stripe may apply prorated charges or credits for the current billing period. Prices are shown in EUR. Taxes may apply depending on billing details and applicable tax rules.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a paid subscription from the billing portal. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period and access remains available until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period unless required by applicable law.
5. Vehicle data and professional decisions
CarLux Hub aggregates and analyses vehicle listings, source data and market signals. Asking prices, availability, mileage, location, resale estimates, landed-cost models, risk-adjusted margins, ROI, risk signals, route economics and similar outputs may be incomplete, delayed, estimated or wrong.
CarLux Hub does not guarantee that a vehicle is available, authentic, roadworthy, correctly described, profitable, importable or suitable for purchase. You remain responsible for checking the original listing, seller, VIN, vehicle history, title, inspection, taxes, duties, registration, transport, insurance and all legal or commercial requirements before committing funds.
CarLux Hub information is a decision-support tool and is not legal, tax, financial, investment or mechanical advice.
6. Acceptable use
You may use CarLux Hub for lawful vehicle sourcing, research and acquisition analysis. You may not attack the service, defeat rate limits or access controls, scrape protected areas at abusive scale, interfere with other users, upload malicious material or use the service for unlawful activity.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, add or remove features, providers, limits and data sources as the product evolves. We may suspend access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, maintenance or non-payment. We will not deliberately remove already-paid access before the end of a paid period except where suspension is reasonably required for abuse, security or legal reasons.
8. Third-party services
CarLux Hub depends on third-party services and data sources, including Stripe for billing, Cloudflare for hosting and protection, and external automotive sources. Their outages, policy changes or data errors can affect the service.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarLux Hub is provided on an “as available” basis and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses, including missed profit, missed purchase opportunities or losses caused by relying on an estimate or third-party listing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy and cookies notice.
11. Governing law and contact
